Summary:
Helping You Hire is currently seeking talented, career oriented and highly motivated applicants for a Senior Staffing Consultant position. The ideal candidate must have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and possess sharp organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, the drive to be successful and an ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. The selected individual must be comfortable with an ever changing and rapidly growing environment.

Qualifications:
The Staffing Consultant is responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement & management of professional level employees such as, but not limited to:
- Source candidates through cold-calling, warm-calling, networking and resume job boards
- Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications
- Interview potential candidates (via telephone and/or in person) and check references
- Facilitate placements in any reasonable manner requested by client, including scheduling interviews, preparing the candidate for the customer interview, and negotiating compensation
- Prepare and submit various reports concerning activity as requested by management
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment and possess strong organizational skills in order to prioritize a large number of open requisitions, manage a variety of candidates, and take initiative to identify new and more inventive ways to do business.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, cold-calling and networking required
- STRONG phone skills - no phone fear
- Ability to be resourceful, creative and a problem solver
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Ability to work both as a team member and individually
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to be dependable
- Ability to produce quality work under deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Associates Degree or Bachelors degree desired but not required
