Tracey Sinclair, Co-founder & Senior
Staffing Consultant of Helping You Hire, is
focused on providing companies with
innovative services, reducing hiring costs,
while recruiting the best-fit, high quality
candidates. Tracey is a dynamic leader with
more than 15 years experience in business
management and executive level recruitment
within the technology markets. Prior to
founding Helping You Hire, she was an
Executive Recruiting Consultant, where she
worked with leading companies in northern
California, empowering them to conduct
successful hiring initiatives themselves.
Tracey has also served as president and CEO
of Bay Area Recruiters, a privately held
company. She brings extensive expertise in
delivering value via the recruiting process,
and a strong commitment to client-focused
solutions.
Kari Gould, Co-Founder & Senior Staffing
Consultant
Kari Gould, Co-Founder
and Vice President, is a 16-year veteran
known for her progressive, hands-on
management style. She is responsible for
driving growth of HYH’s new business and
strengthening its ability to deliver
economical staffing solutions for our
clients. Her staffing and HR experience
spans multiple disciplines including
recruiting, workforce development,
compensation planning, organization
effectiveness, and employee relations. She
has maintained a successful track record of
recruiting and hiring top quality
candidates, driving value for companies
across the manufacturing, high-tech, and
public accounting sectors.
Kristin
Lindstrom, Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of
Marketing, Kristin Lindstrom drives Helping
You Hire’s marketing initiatives including
public relations, business development, and
marketing communications. Kristin brings to
the Helping You Hire management team an
extensive background in integrated marketing
and customer relationship management. She
has a proven track record in building
winning marketing strategies by translating
customer needs into real solutions for
global market leaders, Fortune 500, and
start-up organizations alike.
Nicole Jackson, Sr. Staffing Consultant
Senior Staffing Consultant Nicole Jackson shares the
company’s vision of forging strong client relationships and understanding each
client’s unique needs. Prior to joining Helping You Hire, Nicole has garnered 20
years experience in the hospitality industry, holding key management positions
of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she managed hiring and staffing for
a group of four downtown San Francisco hotels—adding direct client-side
experience to her credentials. In previous work as a college-level instructor,
Nicole prepared her students for hospitality management, in addition to training
them on the ins and outs of the hiring process.
